Cucumber Delight
I realized that it’s #Ginuary and I hadn’t yet put something together to observe the occasion. I really, really like cucumber. I like it in my salads, as a standalone snack and also in my cocktails. I really wanted to make something that brought cucumber juice into the fold as well, instead of merely using it as a garnish. I intend to tinker with the ratios moving forward but I’m satisfied with the outcome so far.
𝗖𝘂𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
2 oz. @stratuspheregin
1½ oz. Cucumber juice
½ lime juice
½ simple syrup
Cucumber slices for garnish
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake and strain over a clear ice cube. Garnish with cucumber slices. Cheers.
