Now in its 17th year, Brite Winter Fest has been bringing live outdoor music to Cleveland in the dead of winter. It has been held in several locations including Ohio City and the West Bank of the Flats. This year, the festivities moved to the Waterloo Arts District. Here’s what we saw.
